We're looking for an experienced social media content creator with graphic design skills and fluency in both English and Japanese. You will be primarily responsible for creating and publishing content and engaging with our followers across our social media accounts, especially Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. You will also use your graphic design skills to create visual assets for our blogs and other projects within the content team.

This is a full-time position and a newly created role within the team, so an ideal candidate will be able to contribute not only to content creation and overall strategy, but also to the development of the role itself as your responsibilities evolve.

High-level Japanese and English skills, including excellent writing/editing skills in both languages are essential. You must also be a native-speaker of at least one of the two languages.

仕事内容
- Pitch and create content in Japanese and English for our social media accounts that will appeal to current students and tutors, and attract new ones to our service.
- Engage with users to foster a positive online experience and community.
- Create visual assets for use on social media, in blog posts, and other marketing materials when requested.
- Contribute to our long term social media strategy to increase subscribers & engagement, attract new students and tutors to our service, and grow our online reach.
- Collaborate with other members of the content team to repurpose existing content as social media posts.
- 現在の生徒や講師にアピールし、新規の生徒を惹きつけるようなコンテンツを日本語と英語の両方で提案・作成し、各ソーシャルメディアアカウントに投稿する。
- ユーザーと積極的に交流し、ポジティブなオンライン体験とコミュニティを促進する。
- ソーシャルメディア、ブログ記事、その他のマーケティング資料で使用するためのビジュアルアセットを作成する。

- Fluent in both Japanese and English. Able to write and edit in both languages at a high level, with a charismatic and engaging style, and a strong knowledge of grammar & punctuation.
- Proven experience with social media marketing.
- Solid graphic design and illustration skills.
- Innovative/Creative thinker.
